As a business we are on a journey of operational excellence and continuous improvement sitting as a core value of what we do as a business. To drive and support this, we are currently looking for a CI Leader to join us on a full-time, permanent basis at our site in Greater Manchester.

Continuous Improvement Leader
As a key member of the Arden Leadership Team, you will have an integral part to play in driving a culture that delivers collaborative working, engagement, added value and continuous improvement.
You will help to create a lean and safe environment, where everybody understands their contribution to achieve customer requirements in a controlled and systematic approach.
You will be responsible for working with our team to drive service and productivity improvements across the business and will be a role model in terms of continuous improvement knowledge, experience and change management to support efficient ways of working within the business.
This role will provide you with the opportunity to work with a wide variety of stakeholders and working on different projects.
You will be able to progress and develop your career within Arden and will have the ability to make the role your own with opportunities to be creative, coach and influence others.
What we are looking for in you
A respected and trusted leader with a proven track record of achievement, solid technical skills, and a reputation as a leader of change. You will have a proven track record of operational success in increased productivity through different initiatives and will come from a Production, Engineering or Manufacturing background.
You will have experience of analyzing data to understand the current state of the business, identifying new opportunities to enhance the value proposition.
An ability to inspire individuals across the business whilst driving business transformation. A curious mindset, passion for continuous improvement, people development and the knowledge and know-how to question and challenge current states through effective communication.
Your main responsibilities as a continuous improvement leader will involve
Demonstrating and leading a continuous improvement culture to all stakeholders
Provide support, assistance, coaching and mentoring to staff to help identify process improvement projects, sharing expertise to ensure successful project implementation and operational excellence.
Applying Continuous Improvement techniques such as Six Sigma and Lean Management where necessary
Supporting Quality, Cost and Delivery metrics
Verify, and quantify the success of Continuous Improvement projects and reporting back to the Directors.
Your skills and qualifications
Demonstrable leadership and change management skills.
Accredited Six Sigma/Lean Green Belt preferable, but not essential for the right candidate.
