Role and Responsibilities

  • Effectively communicate with personnel ranging from machine operators to senior management.
  • Travel across the UK, with occasional international visits, including overnight stays as necessary.
  • Work with determination, focus, and adhere to strategic plans.
  • Acquire and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our products, including their operation within our customers’ production environments.
  • Effectively identify and resolve customer challenges, demonstrating adaptability and quick thinking.
  • Self-manage effectively while maintaining excellent collaboration and teamwork.
  • Maintain professionalism and composure, especially when working under pressure.
  • Embrace flexible work arrangements, including office-based, home-based, and customer-site activities.
  • Flexibility to accommodate varying weekday work hours.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience or familiarity with cut and crease, stripping, and blanking operations (advantageous, but not essential).
